We hope you love your LSA International glassware; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all handmade glass and accessories are returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully repackage the glassware in its original branded box and protective transit packaging to prevent breakage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off & Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
